Your market knowledge is scattered across old CMAs, closing files, HOA docs, and your own head. Package it into one folder Claude answers from, and ONLY from. The move is a project folder plus a CLAUDE.md that says: answer only from these files, cite the filename for every fact, and say 'not in my notes' when it isn't there. Two hard rules make it safe: strip client names, SSNs, and account numbers before a doc goes in, and never invent a number.
