Serious skills carry a scripts/ folder: deterministic code for the mechanical parts, with the SKILL.md as conductor deciding when each runs. One builder's takeoff skill totalled 200 line items in under 90 seconds because Python did the arithmetic and the model only did the judging on which rates applied.
