Every change order that gets signed answers three questions in order: what changed, what it costs, what it does to the schedule. Give the AI that recipe as numbered steps and it stops writing paragraphs and starts writing documents. Clients don't stall on COs because of the price — they stall because the paper is vague. Three parts, no vagueness, signature line at the bottom.
