A prompt you've run more than twice doesn't belong in your clipboard. It belongs in a Cowork skill you trigger by name. That's the routing call: a one-off stays in chat, a repeatable job becomes a skill. Give it a short name, a one-line 'use this when...' description, and paste your proven prompt as the instructions. The Friday job update you've tuned all season now runs in one click, and it still never states a price you didn't give it.

Every Friday you paste the same job-status prompt into a chat by hand, once per active job. It works - you've tuned it until the updates stopped generating callbacks. Write the skill definition that turns it into a one-click 'friday-job-update' skill you run instead of re-pasting.
