The same sub reads three different letters from you in a year, and each has a different audience behind the audience. Praise gets forwarded to his next GC. A warning letter gets read by him tonight and maybe his lawyer later. A backcharge notice gets read by everyone if things go sideways, so it's facts and figures, zero heat.
