Certain clauses show up in contract after contract because they work — for the other side. Pay-if-paid makes the owner's bank problem your bank problem. No-damages-for-delay means their six-week stall costs you and pays you nothing. Unlimited indemnity puts your company behind claims you didn't cause. The red-team move: make the AI read the contract as the other side's lawyer and brag about every risk-shifting clause it planted. Whether each one is enforceable in your state is attorney territory — some states limit these clauses, and the AI doesn't get to guess which.
