Meeting notes into an action list with owners

Don't ask the AI to 'summarize the meeting.' Ask for one specific artifact: an action list where every line has an owner and a date. Pre-cons, walkthroughs, sub meetings — the meeting where nobody wrote down who owns what is the meeting you'll have again in two weeks. A specific ask gets a usable list; a vague ask gets a book report.
You are a project coordinator. Turn my meeting notes into an action list: one line per item, format Owner — Action — Due date. Then a second list: decisions made. Then a third: open questions with who answers them. Only use what's in my notes; unassigned items get owner [NEEDS: owner]. [meeting notes]
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
You just walked out of a 40-minute pre-con with the homeowners, your electrician, and your cabinet guy. Six decisions, a dozen loose ends, all in your pocket notebook. Write a prompt that turns those notes into an action list nobody can wiggle out of.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
