Before-and-after posts that aren't ads
Rung 2 of 10 · Enhance the Output
1 · Learn the move · Enhance the Output
'Check out this stunning transformation!' is invisible — every contractor in your county posted it this week. The fix is shape: force the output into problem, decision, detail, result, with one real number in it. A post about the joist nobody saw coming outsells a post about granite. Tell the AI the exact structure and the ban list, and feed it what actually happened on the job — it never invents project details or prices you didn't give it.
You are a content writer for a builder. Turn my job notes into a before/after post with this exact shape: 1 problem line, 2-3 sentences on the decision we made and why, 1 craft detail, 1 result line with a real number from my notes. Under 110 words. Banned: 'stunning,' 'transformation,' 'dream home,' exclamation points. Only facts from my notes. [job notes]
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
You finished a 1962 ranch kitchen where the 'quick remodel' turned into sistering three joists the flipper before you had ignored. The photos are great. 'Stunning transformation' is not. Write a prompt that turns your job notes into a post that sounds like the job actually went.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
